Overview

Gozappi is a new marketplace and platform designed specifically to help service retail businesses get more sales by enabling them to easily capture leads, nurture prospects and convert them into repeat buyers.

 

Job Purpose

We need experienced sales consultants who would love to help retail service businesses like hairdressers, salons, spas, restaurants, cafes, etc, grow their businesses and solve problems relating to sales and marketing. If you are a professional looking to join an excitingly energetic fast-growing company that is set out to positively the change retail service industry, we would love to meet you.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Learn about the Gozappi Platform and the services we offer.

  • Create awareness of our platform with targeted retail service industries.

  • Consult and advise business owners on new methods to generating more leads and sales.

  • Promote our range of services to businesses owners.

  • Keep and maintain data accuracy.

  • Generate leads and turn them into opportunities for sales.

  • Contact potential customers via telephone, email and face to face.

  • Arrange meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.

  • Negotiate prices with potential clients and close sales.

  • Identify opportunities for new business within the market.

  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.

  • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Collaborate with Gozappi team to prepare common strategies.

  • Prepare and submit report on sales to management.

  • Always look for new ways to make our services attractive to prospective clients.

  • Meets with retail associates to help them effectively sell products.

  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.

  • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates.

  • Analyze market trends.

 

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in similar role

  • Passionate about helping businesses grow

  • Ability to network physically and digitally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue.

  • Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success

  • Understanding of small retail business sales challenges and how to solve them
